Refund Policy
All online purchases are considered final sale, which means we do not offer refunds for items that don’t fit or aren’t quite what you expected. To help you shop with confidence, we encourage reviewing product details and sizing information before placing your order. Received something that’s not quite right? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@bbmr.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if a replacement isn’t available. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and issue
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for exchange or replacement.
