Refund Policy

Big Bear Mountain Resort retail stores will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date along with the original receipt. The item(s) must be new, in it’s original condition, in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached. No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn. Refunds without original receipt will not be accepted. No refunds on sale merchandise.

Private Policy

Alterra Mountain Company is committed to the privacy of our guests, pass holders and homeowners (“you” and “your”). The Alterra Mountain Company Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Personal Information that Alterra Mountain Company collects online, in person, and through its call centers or otherwise.
